The company was founded and is owned by a Ukrainian entrepreneur and philanthropist Mr. Vasyl Khmelnytsky (ufuture.com/founder/). UFuture is a majority shareholder in real estate company UDP, Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport and RTM advertising agency, a strategic investor in pharmaceutical producer Biopharma and renewable energy investment & development company UDP Renewables. UFuture also owns and (co-)operates industrial park Bila Tserkva, manufacturer of wiring devices Plank Electrotechnic, and ITernal - a group of IT and tech companies.
